This website and its contents are owned by Humming Bird.  Use of this website or it’s contents including copying and storing images without prior permission for commercial purposes is prohibited.

Payment

Payments for orders through the website can be made through Sage pay using Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Visa Electron, Solo and Switch. Payment will be debited from your account immediately by Sage Pay on placing the order. Alternatively we still accept good old fashioned cheques made  payable to Humming Bird and can also accept orders over the telephone on 01643 821880.

Goods will be despatched within 10 working days of your order if the products are in stock. (Not including Bank holidays and weekends & Mainland UK) Should any of the products not be in stock, you will be advised of an approximate delivery date. , as Any additional charges incurred in the circumstances of  redelivery will be payable by yourself.

However some items may be out of stock or special order. In this instance it may take up to 30 days to deliver your goods.

Once we despatch the goods we cannot be liable for any delay by post and to this extent we will not enter into any compensation agreement due to the late delivery of any item.

Cancellation

You have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days of receiving the goods under the distance selling regulations. However, returning the goods to us in the condition they were dispatched in, is your responsibility and we would either refund or exchange them.

Returns Policy

Items can only be exchanged or refunded, in their original condition, within 7 days from delivery. Please repack the items in the original packaging. Please note, post and packaging costs are non-refundable and at your expense. In the event of the item being faulty, we will cover all costs for postage and either refund or exchange the goods. Prices

Prices shown do not include delivery charges but are inclusive of VAT  charged at 20%.
Postage and packing charges will be added at the checkout.
Humming Bird reserves the right to change any advertised prices at any time.

We abide by the requirements of the Data protection act 1998. Customer information is kept strictly confidential on secure encrypted servers. Humming Bird does not retain credit card information and we never pass details to a  third party.
